Applying for a School place for your child
If you are looking for a school place for your child, we would be delighted to welcome you to our lovely schools. Please contact the school office vie telephone or email to book a visit to view the school, we would be delighted to show you round. We currently have spaces in the following year groups:
Shillington: Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4
Stondon: Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4
Applying for a Reception School place for September 2027
Children born between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2023 are due to start school in September 2027.
You need to apply before 15 January 2027, even if your child already attends a nursery or pre-school on the school site.
We would like to invite any prospective parents who are considering applying for Shillington or Stondon Lower Schools to attend one of our open mornings. This will give you the opportunity to view the school, meet some of our friendly staff, visit the reception classroom and ask any questions which you may have.

To apply for a school place for your child starting in September 2027 then please click the link below.
All applications are made via the CBC schools admissions team. You will need proof of your child's date of birth, such as a passport or short birth certificate. You'll be prompted to upload a copy of this during your application.
You can also apply via post- please download the application form below. Complete the form and ensure you have proof of your child's date of birth, (please don't send us original documents; copies are fine.) Send the completed form and copies of documents to:
