The Shillington and Stondon Federation Governing Board
The Governing Board has three core functions:
- Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction;
- Holding the headteacher to account for the educational performance of the schools and its pupils, and the performance management of staff; and
- Overseeing the financial performance of the schools and making sure its money is well spent.

Governance Diversity Data
The Governing Body has agreed to opt out of collecting and publishing diversity data for the Governing Body. A further review will be carried out in the Autumn term 2024.
